I was forced to undergo any type of treatment they wanted!
This experience was the worst I’ve experienced ever! I had no choice in the matter! They tested whatever they wanted after I refused and drugs I completely refused! So the gave them to me making the decision that I needed them! I did not! It only intensified the reaction I was already having! Making it completely worse! I told the to stop kick me out whatever they needed to do to stop everything they didn’t the did it again with a different drug thinking that would work! I just wanted to leave and nope yet again no!

Doctor no experience
One Doctor in Emergency Department he don’t have experience and you should investigate with him & ask him how discharge the patient have a critical/severe case.

Horrible bedside manner
I wish i could give them zero stars. I took my husband there because he had a severe nose bleeds i mean blood clots coming out of mouth and nose, they made him worse by shoving a cotton swab up his nose after him telling them no, they wouldn't listen to what he was trying to say, they brought him inside and basically ignored him as he was spitting up blood! All the while the rude front desk lady is hounding me for insurance and when i told her he doesnt have any, she was so rude. We left and went to St Jude Hospital they were amazing and helped him get temporary medical for 2 mos. St Jude is a god send!

I am a health worker and had the worst experience here!
I was in pain and I was made to sit on the uncomfortable chair for 6 hours.I had severe myalgias due to influenza positive . PA checked me , but he didn’t gave me any pain medication just to relieve my pain! That’s not the first aid you expect when you are in ER. I myself is a health worker but this was something I would say no one should have to face.

Glass and cuts in head not properly treated
My friend was in a car accident and she had head injury and was sent home with glass and cuts not cleaned and treated. She was treated at her doctor's. Why was she not kept for observation and treated properly? Can you explain why? Thank you.
