This was the most humiliating, harassment hospital
This was the most humiliating, harassment hospital with poor communication and neglect and abuse patients and family members. The patient incorporation is not privite and exposed. The photos will be provided after apology. The director acute care ask me to leave with out any verbal or written communication.

Trip to your ER just made me angrier and more frustrated
I was told treatment I asked for could not be given. I was given palliative remedy and told to ask my GP to recommend Orthopedist. All this will take time. Who wants that?!

I was treated like a thing rather than a person in the ER
People that were treating me didn’t speak to me, coming into and out of my room. I had to ask for water and a urinal. No one was interested in my comfort except the orderly who wheeled me out on release.

Very poor patient treatment
My wife had a very severe stomach pain and could no get any help until her test was done.We ask for help to a nurse and we were told to sit down until she was ready to see a Dr.

This is illegal and they can not do that
This hospital sucks.. they purposely does not bill the health insurance companies, or medical and instead they bill clients directly specially if they were involved into an accident so they charge full price. They transfer the file to PARATUS PARTNERS as collection agency.

Because of this place I've lost a large part of my hearing
I went there three times for the same thing. I ended up with a white blood cell count of 20,000 and above. Because of this place I've lost a half a year of health and a large part of my hearing all because they didn't want to admit me. Cedars Sinai did and saved me. The first time I ever came to this place the nurse assumed I was a paraplegic because I was in a gang. The catch is im not in a gang so I guess racism is just common place here

billing repeatedly trying to collect $1200
got 5 stitches on my finger for a minor laceration, waited 4 hours to get it done, billing repeatedly trying to collect $1200 and ignore my insurance (blue cross blue shield, not cut rate ins), to handle billing you have to call them and they never answer, no email, I'm on the 5th time going back and forth trying to get them to run my insurance and send an accurate invoice

Horrible horrible horrible experience
Don’t go here if you can avoid it. Nursing staff don’t know any medicine and are completely apathetic towards suffering patients; the worst possible combination in a healthcare provider.

My mother was admitted on Mother's Day in 2021 and died on May 20, 2021. Her stay at this hospital was a layered nightmare of negligence!
