Montefiore do better. Second time at this ER and the only reason I came here was because of the proximity to my home. If I could give this ER a 0 I would in a heart beat. Nurses lack compassion, are impatient and have nasty attitudes. I asked one nurse nicely if my test results were back because my nurse had went on break she tells me “I don’t know I’m not your nurse” like if my question bothered her. She could have said it with less attitude and could have been more helpful and find out who was my nurse or offer to see if they were back. They are always understaffed and the staff that they do have need to have a training on compassion and sensitivity. The nurses who work here are the prime example of what it means to be in a profession just for the money. I wish I could have gotten the names of the nurses who’s attitudes were just disgraceful. Steer clear of this ER AT ALL COSTS. Even if you have a life or death situation.
