Got billed $45,000 and wasn’t even informed about all my injuries
Apparently not only a broken femur but 2 fractured ribs #6 and #11 on the right. And they weren’t treated let alone even informed me about it. I found out on the day I was discharged from care for good. They don’t listen and are still assuming a car was involved which is way off base and because of this my insurance is not active and I’m being stuck with a $45,500 bill for half a treatment. Don’t know what I’m doing about it yet but definitely not recommending Beth Israel at all. Definitely gonna get a consultation on my options on going forward about being left in the dark about 2 fractured ribs

It was a total comedy of errors
I had the misfortune to be treated there last year. Turns out that was only the beginning. An NP wrote the prescriptions and I have not been able to get refills. No one even responds to the pharmacy! Guess I do not really need those meds.

Nothing more than a way for the medical community to get money out of the consumer
In my opinion, this place was nothing more than a way for the medical community to get money out of the consumer and insurance companies. The nurses were lackluster, the parade of doctors that somehow have a medical degree but cannot repeat or understand what I am saying because they are hyper focused listening for their buzzwords rather than solving the problem. They have this "Amazing" campus but when I was there for an 7-10 day inpatient admission, they somehow couldn't find the MRI disk I had brought and left there for them, at their direction, a few weeks prior. The evening doctor didn't know the policy around patients that presented with COVID so instead of following their policy of immediate discharge they had me stay overnight. When they discharged me they wanted my 75 year old father with breathing issues to come pick me up even though they had just told me I have COVID and they have an UBER service in place for these situations. I had to force the issue with some middle manager about how it is illogical and unsafe to have my dad pick me up and how they work with UBER for these situations.

Wasted my time and my health and my money!
I have been going to Beth Israel for over 8 months to stop the pain I have and they did nothing for me and the pain is 10 times more than it was before I go there! No one care and I feel that they didn’t know what they’re doing every doctor send you to other! Didn’t recommend this hospital at all because it’s a business more than a hospital!!
