This was inhumane and it scared me of ever going to any hospital
I had a horrible, disastrous experience in this hospital. I stayed for three days in cardiology department for observation and it was literally a nightmare. Especially from a nurse name Nick. Super rude! It was more like he is running a jail than a hospital. Zero compassion, zero care, zero knowledge. They butchered my both arms because they couldn’t even find the vein. When I came home, I was black and blue for weeks to come. They run tests on me without asking me to sign anything that I agree to all that stuff they were putting in my veins. They come in the middle of the night to draw blood and check your vitals, every two hours. When I made a comment that I wish to sleep a little their answer is “this is not a hotel” super rude! They should of say it more politely especially since I was in excruciating pain. Again.. zero compassion!! They nurses acted like I was stupid whatever I asked and disrespected me in every way! Again, this is probably what being in jail feels like !? Also, I was starving, at one point didn’t eat 24 hrs .. and even when I needed a water, I had to walk out in a hallway to look for somebody to give me a cup of water. It was such a horrible experience that no matter how sick I get I will avoid this hospital at all cause!! I felt like I was tortured and not for a second felt like someone there is trying to help me feel better! Also , I seen an actual doctor for only 2 minutes of my 3 day stay!? Shame on them !!!

Indignity Health
Recently I visited the ER at St Rose- San Martin with chest pains and dizziness. After a quick triage they put me in the lobby with a dozen other patients, some who had arrived by ambulance. After waiting an hour, If you are not going to treat, say so and release me. In that time only one clinical person came out to speak with one of the new arrivals. Staffing shortage? New definitions of emergency? A guest leaving said there were more patients in the lobby than in the ER itself. My medical issues will no longer be handled by St Rose/Dignity Health.
