This is neglect and abuse.
Worst hospital experience! I had several surgery’s at ones. Was to be outpatient but my dr decided I need to stay the night. Saw so many uneducated drs. One dr would tell me one thing the another would say something different. I was told to call when I need to use the rest room no one came for 45 minutes after my call light was on. I had to get up to the commode while my IV was attached but I couldn’t move the pole and stand at the same time. I was also in leg compress. I had to go to the bathroom with all of those things attached and try not to fall as I was unstable and dizzy walking. The night shift nurse:tech were very unprofessional and could care less about me! Just another patient. I was as beyond low maintenance. The nurse ended to unplugging my IV and leg compresses because they didn’t have time to help me. I was told sorry for the delay (45) to get me to the bathroom because they have difficult patients. That’s not my problem. Then I was discharged with no pain meds as the Dr could not write or send meds to another pharmacy other than one in the hospital. Mind u I had an FDL tummy tuck and a breast reduction. So I was cut from my breastbone down to my pelvis and then hip to hip. The several incisions under my breast. But no pain meds because their pharmacy wasn’t open and it was thanksgiving.

I’m truly appalled by the lack of compassion shown
A dear friend of mine went here and nearly died due to the neglect of a nurse. There was blood on the floor from another patient. And the wait time was 2 hours for him to be a patient in respiratory distress with a temperature of 104. When he simply asked for it to be sanitized she called security for him to be escorted out. The incident was recorded. How do you expect to give care and there’s other people bodily fluids being exposed which is also considered “biohazard” and anything that comes in contact should be disposed of properly.

I been going here for years i hate the er I been sitting here for 5 hours and no body call me to see the doctors that crazy I have seizure and a stroke and nobody came to get me I can’t even talk

The billing department after my child's surgery has been deeply problematic
Customer service representatives frequently give false information on my child's bill and refuse to connect me with a supervisor for help. They frequently lie and say that all supervisors are in a meetings or not available. One tried to get me to agree on a type of verbal handshake deal to repay my child's bill which seemed illegal. After this he disconnected me before the survey so that I couldn't report him.

How rude and inconsiderate and disgusting this hospital is
It was very frustrating at St John moross the first thing that happened they locked me out of the hospital and refused to let me back in mind you I'm the only licensed driver 3hrs away from home and drove my daughter which had to stay after a C-section. Then they performed 2 sterile procedures on the baby without informing the parents so much lack of communication. How she found out she walked over to the other side to see baby and they refused to let her back there telling her over the speaker we are doing a sterile procedure on the name of baby while tons of strangers were in the hall which violated HIPAA law. They were supposed to quietly come take them aside in the waiting room and explain what was going on. They messed up on her spinal tap during the C-section which caused her to need them to put blood in her spine. They disregarded her when she said she felt pain in her spine all the way up to her head and they let her suffer for 36hrs like that and kept coming up with excuses of why she was having pain I think the pain is because your having withdraws from your Adderall so here's your Adderall and you just have a headache here's some more medication. Then a antiaialogist finally listened and looked at her spine and said he doesn't understand why they let her suffer for 36 hrs he can see just by looking at her spine that she had fluid in her spine and she's probably gonna need another one and low and behold her pain came back the next day and they disregarded her and sent her home in this pain needing blood in her spine. The antiaialogist told her go home and take your meds. We are livid and won't ever step foot back in that hospital. If I could give a zero I would. I had all of my children there.

I still owe OVER FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS?!?!
Absolutely disappointing and disgusting...Had my daughter here 08/31/24, trying to get her birth records and Hep B vaccine records and NO ONE can help me to find her records! The nurses in the birthing wing were amazing, the administration people have been no help whatsoever!! FOUR MONTHS LATER, 12/27/2024 and I'm still having the MOST DIFFICULT time dealing with the administration AGAIN. My daughter is STILL listed as baby girl instead of her name, I have Medicaid and Medicare, my daughter has Medicaid and is insured through her father's job... I have called four different departments MULTIPLE TIMES AND STILL NO EXPLANATION OR SOLUTIONS!! DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!
Horrible place. Was transferred from another hospital, due to broken bones..staff did not even put call button in reach, took 7 hours to get CT scan done. Got admitted, was told I needed surgery. They kept trying to give me meds they were told I could not take due to other health issues..then they came in next morning, said bones would heal on their own and I would be discharged..out of nowhere some woman barrels into my room and says I’m going to the discharge lounge..I get down there and they have my discharge Rx’s for me..3 days of pain meds for 2 breaks in my humerus bone.

Charged me $576 for a triage exam done by a nurse, who told me I'd have at least an 8 hour wait time while puking blood.

I just want to say this place is a freaking joke
We were in EMERGENCY waiting room 3 hours and then when they said to come in it's been hour and half and still nurse didn't come see us. There are 5 rooms empty but the lobby is full of people. But they took our insurance 3 time and all 3 times they made copies. ITS A EMERGENCY ROOM HELL THE FREAKING PEOPLE
