All they wanted was to rack up some insurance money
Horrible experience that ended after i told them to get the IV out so I could leave. There for 2 days and on the 3rd day was in my opinion misled for 10 hours about several things. I had to actually leave a hospital so i could start taking my own antibiotics to get better. I seen a actual Dr. 1 for 2 minutes the entire time up until i told them i was leaving at that point a nice female Dr came to apologize for me being treated so poorly. Will never recommend anyone to this place. After all of the test they ran on me how could they possibly not have known how to make me better?? Because they didn't care or there was no actual doctors around to actually look at my test. No thanks to Clark I've made myself better so i felt like giving them a review.

These doctors need more training in supporting pediatric care
Brought my 9 month old daughter to the ER after her oxygen kept dropping from croup. I had to take her to this ER twice after they sent her home the first time I brought her there that morning with nothing to help her breathe. The doctor looked at me and said “yes she had Covid but why are you here?” Did not know how to interact with children at all. Tried to make me shove oxygen up her nose and I had to ask for a mask. Her oxygen dropped to 68 and I had to freak out for a doctor to come look at her and said it was the machine when her face was BLUE. Waited three hours for an ambulance after they kept telling me “any minute” every time I asked. Nurses were RUDE. Only want to give be star for respiratory nurses they were good to my girl. I will NEVER take my child back if I can ever help it.

Justice for Jeff Kortbein
We watched an E.R. Doc set there and do nothing while a friend of ours died right in front of our eyes ... Jeff Kortbein ..he was complaining openly about us wanting him to save our friend. How many times did u walk around saying why bother ... now lie and say u didn't act that way. THE NURSING STAFF EVEN HEARD U SIR.!!! I am tired of physicians acting this way and getting away with it. There was enuff of us that witnessed it ... NOW LIE DUDE

Go anywhere else and put them out of business!
The registration process for everything is stupidity at the highest level. Takes hours to get a simple blood test. Guessing they can charge the insurance more this way!

Money grabbing Inc.
If I could give zero stars I would. I had a surgery scheduled for close to a month and they neglected to tell me anything about paying upfront. Day of surgery they proceeded to tell me that I have to pay $1500 before they can do my surgery since I don’t have health insurance. They were very rude and hateful towards me from the minute I walked in. I left and went to UK.

I had a major back surgery there and was treated like a drug addict
Worst hospital ever!!! I had a major back surgery there and was treated inhumane and like a drug addict!! I will never allow any of my family or myself to go there again!! Purely disgusted with the pure disrespect and immature treatment I received!! I will never affiliate myself with any doctor again that requires that I attend this hospital for care!!! Furthermore, when I received my medical records from the surgery, the nurse charted that I had requested to go home the day after surgery…this is NOT TRUE!! I was not ready to be discharged and was dumbfounded that they let me go home so quick! My pain was never under control. I could say so much more but I will say…BEWARE!! STAY AWAY!
