My mom is dead!!!!
Absolutely the worst hospital ever! My mom went into the er for pancreatitis. She had to be sedated and intubated and either during sedation or coming out of it she had a stroke. I noticed the symptoms right off the bat and kept bringing it up and was brushed off every single time! I noticed her pupils were different sizes and notified Cedric who was playing on his phone and was in no hurry to check her. Didn’t seem to give a crap either. Turns out she had a stroke like I had been mentioning the entire time and now she’s dead!!!!!!!

Worst labor and delivery triage team
LOVE WHEN THEY TELL YOU THEY HAVE A 90% ACCURATE ULTRASOUND SYSTEM THROUGHOUT YOUR WHOLE WIFES PREGNANCY AND YOU'RE LIED TOO FOR 9 MONTHS Worst labor and delivery triage team except for Brooke at nights she was the only one who cared about both my wife and newborn and showed any care about both of them during and after delivery . my wife and newborn son would have died due to their negligence and dismissal of body actions 2 weeks leading up to his birth they stopped her labor 3 times and WE HAD A 10 POUND 34 WEEK OLD NEWBORN WHO CAME 6 WEEKS EARLY 4 days later after being told that it was “JUST DEHYDRATION”!!!! DUE DATE SEPTEMBER 5th BORN JULY 30 NEVER TRUST THIS TERRIBLE NEGLIGENT HOSPITAL WITH YOUR PREGNANCIES OR BABIES!!!!!!!

I have never seen this mistreatment anywhere else
My husband as been there over a week before that he was under going cancer treatments on is throat now having trouble eating the nurse in his room today said they were not give him fluids and won't help him eat so she said he will die starve to death and she he had drinks there unopened and she said it's not her job to open them I have never been so mistreated or had a loved treated liked this they don't care because he will no longer do cancer treatments there they will let him die

Stop making it out that family is a problem when you can barely do your damn job correctly
If I could give the place 0 stars I would. While I understand our system is very broken, and nurses are at their whits end with understaffing and all that but The SICU is a joke here, while there are good nurses there’s 3 more to follow behind that make it worse they’re very rude, no compassion, they’ll roll their eyes when you ask questions to try and make sure your family member is okay, if you call them for updates they get very rude with you. This place is a joke and if I could get my family member transferred to another hospital I would. We traveled 5 hours to be able to see her and be support for other family that are stuck in this nightmare. I truly don’t believe she’s receiving the care she should for being in the “SICU” DO BETTER ST. E if you’re a nurse and can’t be nice and compassionate don’t need to be one FAMILY IS WHAT MATTERS so your patients want them around and of course have questions.

I don’t recommend this ER to anyone at all whatsoever
This ER was the worse ER I have ever been to in this tri state. Since I was placed in the hallway for 5 hours I was able to see and hear everything. It was as if I was watching Scrubs!! The comedy TV show. I over heard my doctor disrespectfully talking about an elderly patients daughter to a young nurse. The nurses were coughing without covering their mouths and never washed their hands. I saw a male nurse sit at a desk eat his chipotle then go into a patients room then come back out sit and eat his chipotle again all without washing hands. Then I saw the same nurse rub his chipotle hands on his pants before taking a patients chart and walking into another room. This place is highly unsanitary. I watched as nurses walked back and forth pass an elderly lady laying in a bed in the same hallway as me almost fall out of her bed a few times her leg was stuck in between the silver railings that are on the bed and everyone that was supposed to and are paid to help just kept walking pass her.I went In for heart pains and was there 5 hours just for someone to tell me I must have laid incorrectly or pulled a muscle. My doctor didn’t even talk to me for 1-2 hours even thought she was sitting right in front of me at the nurses station she wouldn’t even give me updates! I had to ask when is someone going to give me any updates in order for anyone to even say a single word to me! I ended up going to Christ hospital for care. PLEASE do not let your elderly family go here take them over the river!

This doesn't even deserve 1 star
You made a family LEAVE because they were praying for a family member who later died. Your hospital is AWFUL with the way the doctors and nurses treat people. NOT all but this was the most disrespectful thing the nurse could have ever done! it was 6:37 pm and visiting hours were til 8 and she told the family each area decides their own visiting hours. SHAME ON YOU!

DEFAULT
Used the St E urgent care in Greendale, In and it was a total nightmare. Doctor was a joke. Was told to go to the emergency room. Did not even clean or cover up an opened wound.

No compassion!!!
Just left hospital on 5/28/23 worst experience ever!!! No compassion!!! Short staffed!! Employees talking behind each other’s back in front of patients. this place doesn’t care about patients just putting up more buildings and making more money. I can’t wait till they let another hospital come to town!! This place really needs help . Guy at front check in talk’s loud so everyone hears your business!! Also asking for my full social security number while other people are standing near desk .. SO SAD !!!!
