I'm not sure how they haven't lost accreditation by the Joint commissions
Horrible Inpatient facility. Standard of care is very low. My Dad was transferred here from IRU. They don't offer patient centered care, they don't have a clear understanding of continuity of care, infection control (no clue) medication management or ways to prevent medical errors. His whole visit was a medical error. He ended up being here for one week. I dont recommend this facility to anyone you love. don't look at the newness - of the facility, its truly a misrepresentation of its patient care.

Don’t go there
After Waiting 5 hours in the lobby, they tell me I still have 7 people ahead of me in the ER before being seen by a Doctor for my pain.. Terrible!!

Disgusting isn't a strong enough word
Your negligence and refusal to help a mother with a sick child caused the death of that child who later died after you dismissed her and sent her home. I hope everyone staff member who dropped that ball gets fired and blacklisted.

The waiting is crazy long the nurses are not helpful at all when u try to ask someone questions the don’t respond trust me go somewhere else don’t even bother coming

This hospital needs to be shut down to be honest
Went in for heart palpitations. They didn't believe me treated me like I was having a panic attack. Bp 167/111. Wheezing and dizzy. Doctor said i wasn't Wheezing and only came in once to talk to me in 4 hours. Thank God the nurse (cali) from heaven came to help and comfort me. helped with every issue I had. She explained everything with details. Its horrible feels and looks like a hospital in the 80s. Stay away ! Tell the ambulance to reroute to another hospital. The nurses do more work than the doctors.

It was dirty and uncaring
If they find out you are a Republican they will torture you with needles and pins. They spend their money on advertising rather than making the hospital better. Go to Saint Vincents if you want to live.

They cut you as a pig to make more money
A Horrible experience with a child birth. Very very bad. Doctors infected a pregnant woman. Later they turned off epidural and left for 18 hours in pain to force woman to do a C-section. Avoid this hospital they are insane here.

The service is disgusting after a 23 hours wait
The service is disgusting. I waited 23 hours before being seen by a doctor. The old woman working there was extremely rude, combative, and disrespectful. Also, it was freezing inside and the showers were broken (I was hospitalized for several days).
