Avoid this hospital at all costs
Terrible wait times, no communication from staff whatsoever. Worst hospital I've ever been to. The two paramedics who picked up my fiancé were the exception. They were kind and sympathetic. They were even shocked my fiancé was not seen when they saw him in the same spot hours later.

Never go that hospital even if you are dying!
Waited 4hrs. Volunteers taking blood pressure. No nurses available. Ended up leaving. Horrible Dam place.

Multiple violations
Banner takes the "provider-in-triage" model to the extreme with it's "Happy Patient" system. To increase productivity and profitability they throw everyone in a waiting room instead of an exam room. IV's are started, blood drawn, UA's taken, vitals monitored, physical exams, and medication administered almost exclusively IN AN OPEN WAITING ROOM FILLED WITH OTHER PATIENTS. In my 14 hour stay I witnessed multiple violations of NFPA 99 Health Care Facilities Code, ANSI/ASHRAE/ASHE (Standard 170 and others) and HIPAA.
