I AM A PERSON
I am writing regarding my recent Solis Mammography experience. One year ago I came for my annual. At that time the mammogram was determined to have atypical cells. I then had an ultra sound. Then determined to have 5 biopsies. Still undetermined, I should meet with Dr. Kayla Griffith. She said, oh it is nothing. Less than one hour. We just take it out then you don’t have to worry about it. Or, we put you on a 6 month wait/watch protocol I decided to do the 6 month wait/watch. Thus the reason for my visit one week ago. I get there, the technician says I see you’re here for your annual. No, I’m here as a follow up to my 6 month procedure. Oh, well, that is not what we have you down for, I’ll have to check this. Comes back, well, will have to see who is going to pay for this or you could come back!! I explain I just drove 90 miles for this exam. I understand it is all about “money”, see as many people as you can, in/out. I don’t think your decision on health care is “working”! I have opted to go for a second opinion at Rocky Mtn. Cancer Center.

This was by far the worst hospital I've been too
They didn't manage my pain and I went into cardiac arrest. Horrible experience. Never again.

Refused to accommodate hearing loss
They wouldn’t let me lip read or provide information in writing. I am literally deaf. They told me that they could not treat Deaf patients because it was too much work and the middle of the night. They refused to transfer me to a different hospital and refused to treat. I contacted their complaint center and they just… never responded.

Very disappointing in the night team
Horrible. The heater rattled all night, the night nurse said the suction patch was just going to buzz every 5 minutes untill the cna said no that is not correct and the charge nurse came in 2 hours later to fix it. Was not told there is no food after 9pm. The nurses must have been having a party most of the night, very loud. Also was told a couple of times nurse would come in and had to call back 45 minutes later. I have been in the hospital a over 5 times and this was the worst.

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON THIS PROCEDURE SHOULD COST THIS MUCH
This place quoted 5500$ (price with a 90% discount) for a medical dnc. The price to have the exact same procedure done for a miscarriage at Planned Parenthood is 665$ When asked for a breakdown to see what wa being billed exactly the hospital REFUSED to provide it.

Definitely lost my money and the respect
The ER nurses and doctors don’t get paid enough for the hard work they do. specially the allied security do a fantastic job securing the area but they need a raise instead of 20. I thought about having my second child at rose baby’s but I surely don’t like the rose baby nurses. Reason why are, the listen to your conversations and I over heard one was happy about the death of Kirk like really, wow.

Horrible care
My young adult child was admitted to the ER here by ambulance after vomiting for 3 days. I suggested he go to Rose Hospital and as a mom trusted them to care for my child in crisis. Instead, they treated him abusively. After 3 hrs I called to check on him and was told he was heading home soon and was fine. I replied that I hadn’t given his name. They insisted they had. Turned out they gave him a huge amount of drugs to make him pass out and left him alone for another 5+ hours, w an non-working emergency button, on his back, where he could have asphyxiated had he continued to vomit. They ultimately released him to take an Uber home while fully unable to walk or speak from the drugs they gave him, with paperwork for a woman in her 50’s..

There’s something wrong inside this hospital — and I’m not the only one who knows it
I was a patient here during 2022–2023. Since then, I’ve connected with former patients, staff, and… let’s say, more current sources. They’ve been quietly gathering information. Not just notes — logs, conversations, procedural inconsistencies. It’s an impressive collection. What’s alarming isn’t just what I experienced, but what’s still happening. Patterns. In cardiac. In GI. In ORs. Even in administration. People are noticing. People are documenting. Some are doing it for personal reasons. Some out of guilt. Some for other motives entirely. No one seems to trust each other anymore — and that’s not accidental. You should know: some of the people you work with every day are more loyal to truth than to titles. This review isn’t a warning. It’s just a signal. That somewhere in your system, entropy has already begun.

Expect exorbitant bills for neglectful and dismissive treatment
Avoid at all costs - literally. Don’t expect to be taken seriously or treated with compassion. Just expect to pay for a lazy doctor to send you away with no effort towards discovering what’s wrong.
