I will be filing a formal complaint against the hospital
If you have ANY other choice, avoid this hospital like the plague.They stuck me in the farthest room from the nurses station, and I can only assume that it had been used to store a broken bed before they put me in that broken bed. The bed was broken in almost every way. When they took me for an mri, the assist the bed is supposed to have didn't work. It was also supposed to have self adjustment in the bed itself. The "mattress" was so broken down that this did not work. Half of the light in my room was broken for the first 2 days I was in the room.I had no phone to start with. Come to find out, they had taken the phone from my room and put it in another room. The phones are registered to the room. On my first full day in my room, the "nutrition center" sent up a tray of food, which I hadn't ordered. I sent it back as it was completely unappatizing and possibly completely inedible. Then it happened again the same day. Same disgusting rubber chicken sandwich. Under my name and carved to my room as if I had ordered it. This is when I found out my phone was in some other room. The doctor I had seemed less interested in treating me and more interested in how many expensive tests he could order in my name. The vast majority of nurses were unprofessional and seemed to only be there to socialize with other unprofessional nurses. I have already filed formal complaints with the "patient advocate" and medicaid. People need to know this place and the majority of its staff are in my opinion a menace to people's health. I finally left AMA because the doctor refused to discharge me,and my health was going downhill after being treated for what I came in for.
