5 days of no help
Was there for5 days, no shower no one to even help you. Not Even a tooth brush. Dirty floors and late response for nurse help.

Show some compassion for sick people
Worse service, had my mom waiting with a lot of pain for more than 2 hours and discharged her without being seen then I asked them why and they didn’t know, women at the front desk were very rude, have some compassion for sick people or go work somewhere else

This hospital sure doesn’t operate under the excellence it once did
My husband has been in this hospital in the past .. it’s been a few years now.. it was excellent then.. Now, It’s much different … first u can’t get a straight answer about anything ..There has been a diagnosis.. but there is a lot of back and forth on said diagnosis..there is treatment being given…. But many many reasons as to why certain symptoms are present ..The reasons on some symptoms change daily .. many times a day being honest. I was told a Dr was going to call me … never a call from anyone ..

Dont come here they have no urgency
I would put a 0 because they kicked us out while waiting for our friend clamining our friend “kicked us out”. however said friend then said on the phone that she didnt kick us out and reuqested us. this place is shit.

This place is out of control
I was pissed off because the nurses are so busy on their phones and eating snacks they left me in the bed with wires to the machine.. I got there at 2:00 a.m. by 4:00 I had to use the bathroom I paged my nurse twice.. she never came.. by the time she did come it was already time for breakfast at 6 a.m.... everybody in the hospital got a hot plate I wind up getting a cold turkey sandwich.. even my doctor said it was good to eat.. for the staff is very unprofessional, very pushy and rushed everything.. and you can tell they're racist against me being black.. then they have the nerve to say they want to keep me for a couple days I told them no thank you I ripped out my wires...

Dismissive of my condition
The physician assistant and the attending dismissed me and did absolutely no tests to see if I was stable or not experiencing an emergency. They informed me they do not do tests and do not provide treatment if they don't think it is an emergency situation. Ive been to emergency rooms for urinary tract infections and gotten better care than I did for vision loss, which is an emergency situation in any other hospital in America. They had a 3 minute conversation with me and without even checking my vitals after the 3 hour wait, I was dismissed. Please don't go here. They clearly hate their jobs and have no care for their patients and if they don't care, you will not receive help.

The most Byzantine inept uncaring undignified ER in existence!
Nobody knows anything! They lead you on. Administer treatment in hallways until the wee hours of the morning….12 hours after arrival. Even when the patient’s doctor calls ahead

I went into St Joseph ER on Thomas rd for chest pain and it was so dirty I really didn’t feel safe there and was put in front of the nurses desk for 36 hours without any privacy or food or anything to drink

If something happens to me you are liable!
I’ve been going to this hospital since I was born and NEVER have I been mistreated like I did today from the ER triage staff. I went in for a car accident and head injury, they listed my issue has head pain and had me sitting with my daughter waiting for OVER 7 hours!!! When I nicely asked how much longer the both of them shrugged their shoulders and said we are just busy and it goes by people with the most severe symptoms. How do they know mine are not severe!?! I was in a car accident!!!! They talked down to me and I felt horrible just like I valued 0 to them. I walked out after 8 hours crying with still not getting seen.
