This hospital killed my father from their neglect
Save your loved ones and go to any other hospital, if you find yourself or your loved one stuck here DO NOT leave their side for a single moment, watch everything they do or dont do because they don't care about their patients, even when you file a complaint to patient relations they wont do anything and then when their neglect kills someone they try to cover it up! This hospital is dangerous.

Worst possible care
The ER doctors at Kettering Main treated me with the worst possible care sending me home when my blood pressure is borderline low. They prescribe pain Medicine through my IV and then discontinue it to send me home when I am crying in pain in my blood pressure is worst service ever they need to get doctors who know how to treat patients and not send them home to die

Unprofessional staff
My mom was admitted at 10:30pm for chest pains. we were there for 4.5 waiting for test results.. just for them to say everything's fine and take some aspirin. While we were staying there the employees were loud and obnoxious. Having personal conversation on the floor. One gentleman kept cussing & talking volgur. Talking about how he takes women's panties off & blocks them after.. in my opinion that is so unprofessional. Especially since patients are trying to sleep & rest. They don't wanna hear your bedroom talk & how you disrespect women. My mom's blood pressure dropped really low.. the machine kept beeping but It took me paging the nurse line 3 times before someone came and addressed the situation. I don't think we'll ever come back.. this has just been a nightmare.

My finger was butchered by their care (or lack their of)
I would like you to be cautious before seeking medical attention from any Kettering Health locations. I have had multiple experiences with them of what I believe to be malpractice. I have attempted to contact Kettering, specifically Patient Relations, but with no help other than an “we are sorry” letter. I am left with a finger damaged for life and a large amount of medical bills. I received today, 8 months later, saying they are sorry about my experience but they cannot do anything after “months of investigating”. My finger is permanently damaged due to the lack of knowledge and patient care I received at Kettering Urgent Care, Kettering Main Campus ER, and Kettering Washington Township ER. Kettering Health in fact do not care about you or your loved ones. Beware.
