They had my results and waited hours to tell me
This is crazy how long you have to wait you could die in the waiting room waiting on the doctors to do their job. It’s so said that there’s nearly no one in here and I am still waiting to find out my results that you already have. They act like they are so busy but half the time I’ve been back there they are running their mouths and the doctor is nowhere to be found smdh like this is what our hospital is all about wasting peoples time to rack up the bill for a doctor you will only see for a second smdh and then they back out the door you waited hours for him to give you a second of his time, you can waste hours of mines right like time isn’t money it a freaking scam

8 hour wait times
It is literally faster to drive to Pittsburgh to UPMC. Better hospital. Long wait times are malpractice.

This place should be investigated and shut down
WARNING! DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL! The staff in this old dump is so incredibly inept I was afraid for my life and others lives. They are especially rude, disrespectful, careless, terrible communication, understaffed, disorganized and unprofessional. It’s filthy and old inside and stinks of corruption and despair.

This was a $21,000 visit that the insurance company shouldn’t have to pay
The worst ER and hospitalization I would not recommend this hospital to family or friends, sad because I am an RN that use to work at this hospital 13 years ago. Mercy was an amazing hospital. When I get to the hospital the lobby is empty, but they have no beds. The staff started an IV, drew blood, and give me Zofran to help with nausea then send me back to the lobby. I sat in the lobby for an hour before CT came to get me. I came in with nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain. Later admitted for SBO after I sat in the lobby for almost 4 hours. When they came for the CT I was never offered a wheelchair even though I was having abdominal pain. I had to walk halfway across the hospital to CT. They were unable to give me pain medication because I didn’t have a room. After the CT they returned me to the ER lobby. A few minutes later they said they need to redraw my blood so I walk back again to get my blood redrawn then back to the lobby. About 15 minutes later 2 nurses came back out to ER lobby to redraw my blood and take my vitals in the lobby which I am almost positive is a HIPAA violation considering they had to verify my name and birthdate to draw my blood in the lobby. Then registration asks me to walk back to verify insurance. Finally they have a room almost 4 hours later and the Zofran is beginning to wear off and I am still dealing with the pain. Once in the ER room I was freezing but never offered a blanket or a emesis basin. I started vomiting in the trash can, they take forever to answer call lights. I finally get admitted to a room in the hospital. Started on clear liquids and then increased to full diet, the food was horrible down to the packaged jello, and my cream of wheat you could dump upside down and it would not come.

Please have someone from corporate come down here incognito and see for yourselves!
I've never seen anything like this. My wife was transported by paramedics for chest and neck pain. Thought she was having heart issue. They take her back get a iv started,do ekg, blood draw. Then put her back out in the waiting room with everyone else. No heart monitor or anything. She got there at 6pm then at 9pm they take her back for another blood draw. Then send her back out to the waiting room. No one came out to see if she was ok or dead. There is no hand sanitizer stations in the waiting room. When she asked about it the staff didn't know anything and directed her to the filthy restroom and said there probably was hand sanitizer in there. Im not even going to go into the time we came in a couple months back. This is a real actual account because you absolutely can not make this crap up! Come on Cleveland Clinic i thought you people were better than this.

Good luck if anybody goes there, your gonna need it
If I could rate them on a scale of 1-10 it would be a -15. They violate HIPPA, they are rude, and they do not care anything about their patients. I sat for over 7 and a half hours hemorrhaging. I was brought by ambulance and I was set in the waiting room. Never got examined and when I finally got in a room they hade put on a gown and never examined me. I was discharged bleeding badly and was told make an appointment next week. I couldn't get an appointment till October. This place is a joke it is not worth the drive there to get help cause your not gonna get it. The news should go there and watch the scenes over there. It is awful and I will never go there again, my records have been transferred to another hospital I should never have been sent home I should have been admitted.

They have people with covid out in the waiting room with everyone else
My mother just had a liver transplant and the fact that my mother is at risk to go into liver rejection out here in the waiting room with people with covid is outrageous.

What bullshit and a POS hospital
The absolute worst ER i have been to, staff don't care about the patients. They keep you in the waiting room thru the entire process, and by all means, don't have pain they laugh and tell you what the laws are and how they can't give you anything for the discomfort.. They would not even let you stay in a wheelchair but for transport.. will never be back not even if I am dying.

Awful
Sit in the ER waiting room for 6 hrs. Just to get charged for a room in the back for 20 minutes, so Dr., can give results
