Don’t trust them!
This is by the worst hospital ever! You literally go here to die! My youngest brother went there not knowing he was going through something so traumatic. Englewood hospital overlooks major issues with patients. He ended up going to Hackensack for the same situation he went to Englewood for and the found out the major issues he needed surgery. My brother is 9 he’s a kid if they are coming in w symptoms especially with head problems take it serious! No matter what it’s not a thing to play with. Thank you to the Hackensack pediatric team and DR.Ali my brother is progressing. Mind u what he’s was going through was sufferings when he was at Englewood. I myself had a traumatic experience with them well my mom when she gave birth to me.

I will NEVER EVER EVER step foot in this hospital again.
I brought my 1 month old daughter to this hospital Friday night 18th of October at around 10pm as I called because she hasn't been able to breathe and they told me to bring her in. I brought her in and 30 mins later no nurse or doctor had came into the room just a tech to check her temperature so I went to ask when someone will come see my baby as she is having difficulty breathing all day, has a rash, messed up stomach and cried all day in pain and continued crying at the hospital. The Asian nurse with glasses who needs her roots done as she's showing her age with her roots LAUGHED AT ME and said when she's ready she will come in showing off in front of the other doctors as she clearly wasn't busy and I said oh well I'm glad you're not concerned about a baby who can't breathe as you haven't even came in to look at her and we've been here 30 mins. She was SO SO SOOO RUDE and a horrible person and 20 mins later we walked out of the hospital. I have to add After 10 mins of her being rude we took the bandaid off my baby's foot and she didn't even walk by to see what was going on and I see her standing leaning against the wall chatting to other doctors. Good luck getting me to pay any bill from this hospital

THE WORST HOSPITAL EVER!!
If I could rate this place -10 I would! From when I was in labor and my whole experience with the after birth night nurses especially who literally don't care about you or your baby you press the button and you have to describe in detail why you want a nurse to come to your baby lol but after 12 they will come in 100 times a night to wake you and your baby up like a baby hearing exam at 1am after you just got her to sleep ETC ETC and the security man downstairs was SO RACIST to my husband and his family as they're Muslim and the women were wearing hijab he made them repeat there names 5 times and take multiple photos on same occasion making fun of them to come up to see my daughter but so nice to me and my twin sister because we are also white he told me before he used to be NYPD and wouldn't stop talking to me as I tried to walk out of the hospital but my in laws and husband got a completely different side of him.

Stay away especially if you are a first time mother
Racist hospital who doesn’t understand family support. Some white supervisor said he wasn’t going to let me visit my sister because I expressed frustration about the process. He said he was a “retired NYPD police officer and if he wanted to he can deemed me threatening . I am 5’2 100 lb. If you are looking to give birth in a warm family friendly hospital. This isn’t the place, the nurses and OBGYNs and extremely cold to baby and patient as well. Also they brought my sister the wrong baby in the middle of the night, my sister only noticed because they kept saying “she” and my sister had a boy

Very disappointed
Went to ER with my father on 6/30 to get treated for shortness of breath, severe leg swelling and he was looked at and released. He was in CHF. Very disappointed in the lack of care he received.
