As a parent I expressed my concerns and they called security
I had a horrible experience with my minor daughter in the pediatric unit with Dr. Khan, she had no bedside manner, never introduced herself to me and was extremely sarcastic and showed 0% empathy. I simply questioned the staff about my child and after I expressed my concerns she called security and had me kicked out the hospital. DO NOT bring your child here for any psychiatric treatment they will treat them as a criminal instead of a patient and kick you out without any information. I will be reporting this to all parties to insure this doesn’t happen to another parent.

God have mercy of this low compassion for others
Last night I went looking for help but unfortunately they have the worst employees ever. Drs are good for nothing, that let you died right on the face. Such an unprofessional and helpless human being. I’ll going to call my health insurance to explain everything ill went through. Please this isn’t a hospital it’s the place you can died and they really care less . I’ll went there by 8:00pm for high blood pressure and never receive any treatment for. If the administration see this message I’ll appreciated to receive a call to explain the low employee category. The Dr it’s so cruel, he’s told me to give him the closer drugstore, I’ll get up with my blood pressure high 229/102/and the worst one, my heart 113. I’ll call the drug store but he never send the prescription.I’m not going to stop until get they names and report to the medical feels association. WE NEED MEDICAL HELP, IF THEY NOT HAPPY, MOVE TO AN FUNERAL HOME. DEAD PEOPLE DONST FEEL PAIN ANYMORE. Back in 2003-2022 they provided me excellent service, very professional and friendly people.

Truly sorry for patients with no-one to advocate for them
My mother was transferred to "C" tower and in all my years of nursing, I have NEVER seen such care for patients! They have no idea who their patients are, can't give any information on them, the list goes on and on. My mother has been there a month and not once has anyone taken the time to even help her get her hair washed. I was really hoping Brandon had changed but I'm guessing not so much. The Nurse manager even went into my mother's room and yelled at her for me calling to see how she was! Pretty incredible!

I was at the mercy of this location
I was in the ER for several hours with an IV that had blown, but no one would’ve known that because no one gave me any fluids. When they finally re-did the IV in my other arm, I still got no fluids, and no one was responding to me so I had to call the hospital and ask them to get someone from the ER to come to my room, someone finally came to my room but they did not give me fluids for yet another hour or so I was in pain and was not given pain medication for another few hours . The neurologist was very rude to me because I had I had alcohol the night before. He said, that probably led to my seizure and I needed to cut back great but no need to be rude to me. My regular neurologist was under the impression that they put me on two medication‘s based on the paperwork, but I only was given one medication so the communication was very poor. I was at the mercy of the location of my seizure. Brandon hospital was the closest to my situation. Next time I will ask to go to Tampa if possible.
