I almost lost my husband and we went through hell because of y'all mistakes
I didn't see a doctor I'm still in pain I was to come back if I was still hurting they me I told her that you didn't help me the first time so I what waste my time because my husband went there and he was told that he had a pull muscle and he a Widowmaker heart attack 12 days later when he came back 3 doctor said send him because he was going to die bottom of his heart are ready died one doctor took a chance to safe his life one doctor said he wouldn't do it because it pay to do it because he won't get paid because he will die there on chance of life but one was willing to try and he said maybe 10 present he might make that God for that doctor November the 11 or the 15 of 2024 he had another heart they sent him to a rehab 12 - 11-2024 and one in March of 2025 because of the doctor and ER failed to do his job his daughter has with him and she ask if it was a heart attack he said s pull muscle All thy did was X-ray on him he was 76 years old you think they would have checked his heart but they didn't the second time we went there doctor Matthew draw blood work and said he a widomaker heart attack but look to be about 2 weeks ago and I told him he was in this same room with his daughter and thy told him it was just a pull muscle if they done blood work they would have known it was a heart attack my husband almost died a doctor didn't do his job right and we didn't sue because he said everyone makes mistakes he was a pastor of a church for 50 years but he stepped down because of his 3 heart attack I almost lost him we went through hell because of y'all mistakes and he is going through a lot because of it he was in 2 different hospital November the second week of January so I hate that hospital for what we had to go through but did get a doctor that said he will try to save him but he really didn't have a chance that God for giving us that because other 3 doctor said send him with medicine and he might have 3 days to live because they he will die on the table and that's because the ER doctor didn't do anything for him and I got the treatment 9-10-26 because they couldn't take time to see me and know that I had big knot on my neck so that is how I feel about that hospital y'all don't care about the people

I WILL NEVER GO BACK!
I did not have a good experience the staff was not the greatest they were really somewhat not attentive and was not listening to me.I had to deal with a P.A. named Geralda Devilas.She was not listening to me they diagnosed me while I was still getting checked in.I have two ear infections and a really bad decaying cracked wisdom tooth infection my cheek and neck on the right side was swollen.I was telling her about my neck hurting and usually they check the side of my neck and lymph nodes.She looked at me and said "I can't,what do you want me to do about it?"Then they write me for amoxicillin antibiotics and I tell them that antibiotic doesn't work for me I was diagnosed there before with the same antibiotic and it didn't work I still had my ear infection.I also told them my pain level was bad.Geralda Devilas said I can give you a pain pill here.Then I had to go back into the waiting room they gave me the pain meds but it wasn't working I was trying to tell them how much pain I was still in.I was just so upset they were not listening to me.They diagnosed me with what I had previously been diagnosed with my last visit there.They send me to reception and I'm still crying and the lady comes out with discharge papers while I'm at the reception desk crying still in pain I asked for a doctor because I was hurting.So the lady went in the back and never came back with a doctor she came back with discharge papers they wrote me for the same antibiotics that doesn't work and ear drops and pain meds that don't help me either.The reason for the visit was I wanted to know why I was in pain because I had a different symptom.I was walking out crying in agony with pain.They looked at me like I was crazy and also like I drug a addict.Just because I have teeth chipped and decaying doesn't mean I'm a drug addict.I have gingivitis and periodontal disease.I am a Christian and I faith and believe in God.I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!!

I honestly can not believe how inhumane I was treated!
I was transferred to this hospital from another in critical condition and when I finally was coherent I realized my wallet was completely emptied. Mind you I was transferred 2 hours from home while not conscious. When it became time for discharge the staff, knowing that they had lost all my items from my wallet including my debit card refused to find me any help in getting home. I explained to hospital staff including the house supervisor that I had just moved to Texas and didn’t have any friends or family to assist me in getting back home either. I was told to either find a shelter on my own or hitchhike because they were not going to help me and I was left crying and confused on what to do! Never have I ever felt this way before. I work in the medical field myself and have for over 20 years and have never heard of a patient being treated so poorly.

Should be shut down its an embarrassment
That hospital is the worst hospital! I thought it had changed but, the er was the best part they helped me listened to my symptoms and put in dark room and actually gave me proper meds after listening to me and my history. That was the only relief I got in almost 3 days of being there. When I got up stairs took them hours to get me any meds after my neck and head have been causing me dizziness, stumbling, balance issues, pain,brain fog,horrible vision changes i kept telling them pain meds were not working its neurological so other meds obviously help with that and after being in mri machine for an hr,the dr couldn't even find the time to come speak to gave me a therapist and a walker but let me leave and drive and dr never spoke to me.worst hospital in the world if something happens to me there wi be a lawsuit!! This hospital did absolutely nothing to help me and so called dr wouldn't even listen to me and why the nurse and physical therapist knew my results and nurse is beyond me because I was aware only dr was supposed to give out results talk about management plan and how to help me. Not to discuss with strangers and then not even come in to c me or help me when I couldn't even hardly see,think,and almost so dizzy I couldn't walk and had to go home like this and drive alone.
