Had a horrible experience
This is my first pregnancy and I've experienced intense fales labor and I was genuinely in a lot of pain. After the first experience I was hesitant to go back but had hopes of seeing a different doctor. However Dr. Presley said he knew my case and insisted on being the one to see me. Just like before he was rude and treated me as if I was stupid and didn't know my own body. As I was in the middle of contractions he tells me "you don't even look like your in labor" this is my first baby , I waited several hours before going to see if the pain would stop and it had gotten so bad that I couldn't talk. He dismissed any of my concerns and basically told me I was being dramatic. He needs to do better and talk to his patients with kindness. I understand he's been a doctor for years but he needs to listen to the concerns of his patients. He is ultimately the reason I will not be delivering at centennial.

I will never come back here again
I had back surgery may 7. I started spiking fevers and retaining fluid, and no nurse would listen to me for 4 days until my side starting hurting. Majority of the nurses were rude and lazy and had zero bed side manners. I have had 8 surgeries now, and this is the worst treatment I have ever received from any hospital.

They were very RUDE
After my and wife doctor visits it took 45 min to 1 hour for blood work as they took more than 15 people who arrived in waiting are well after us. As they kept coming to door and calling other patients name, I ask each of them why this was happening. I informed them we came a long time ago. So, after 20 + years there with doctor "Beauter" we are seeking another physician somewhere else and sharing our experience with others. Jeff and Paula West

Tristar just sucking the money out of their patients and stringing them along
Medical staff doesn’t communicate with each other and all has different sets of rules or “expertise”. Have had a loved one in the ER for major loss of blood and his levels went down to a 7 (normal level is 12.) Dr Johnson said it “wasn’t serious enough” until it’s at 6.5, so they had him spending 2 nights in the hospital bed just being “stabilized” only for a new doctor to come in and say that a 7 is bad enough for a blood transfusion. Barely offering any food or help and just keeping the beds full so they can keep getting a check. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend.

Patients should be able to rest in a hospital
The hospital room was ok except it didn't get cleaned until the last 2 days of my 5 day stay, and sheets were never changed. What was never addressed was the noise through the walls that only stopped the last night and day. There were sliding furniture, bumps against the walls, voices raised for 4 days and nights. I never got more than 2 hours sleep a day.

Communication Problem
No communication about patients history or what has been administered and the reason he is in the hospital

I was injured by negligent staff and misdiagnosed with mental disorder
I had severe heart palpitations and pain from a medication injected in my IV that elevated my blood pressure and caused severe side effects. The doctor was not qualified to treat me and didn't ask any questions.

I need for them to train their emergency staff
If an elderly patient has memory issues and the family lets you know … You should allow at least one family member back to assist with the assessment. If a patient has memory issues and gives you wrong health info that could cause a serious problem for the patient. They are very dismissive and not attentive to that. Empathy is part of patient care.
