I will never recommend anyone going there
My dad's phone was stolen on night 1, then his sodas and food night 2, night 4 his new phone was snatched again. They haven't even given him a sponge brush for water. Acting as if they are being bothered.

Who oversees these hospitals needs to be re-evaluated
This hospital is night and day from my wife previous visit back in 2019! My wife arrived on Thursday 2/20/25 to the emergency room and here it is Sunday 2/23/25 and has been admitted but still not placed in her own room. I understand the beds are at a minimum but there has been over 10 people that I know arrived after her and rooms were made available. There’s been a lack of communication from certain nurses and her doctor! Medication mix ups and they want her to have patience, I think being in a waiting period for almost 4 days is above patience! No food is brought to her we have to ask and plead for everything or anything to be done! I don’t understand what’s going on because seems to me no one knows! You charge my insurance the service isn’t adding up! There has to be someone looking into these things because I’ve been patient long enough I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and I understand you all do t care because there’s always someone in need of medical attention but this is ridiculous maybe the executive board or administrative board needs to be re-evaluated because someone not focusing on what’s important any more!

We waited over 12 hours in the ER waiting room
It was dirty no sign of EVS at all no tissue in the women’s bathroom the triage nurse was rude and not helpful at all kept calling the names of people that left when we finally got a room in the ER it smelled like urine so I cleaned it the nurse was nice but we want go back to this hospital a guy was in there begging for money

Don't send your loved ones here if they have to stay awhile
Terrible. My mom has been there for a couple weeks. She can't move on her own &now she has BED SORES! They won't answer her when she buzzes. They only bathe her ONCE since she's been there. Def taking this higher up.

Awful
Been at this hospital for 3 hours in unbearable pain. All they took was a urine sample. Couldn’t get ice.. a bed.. or pain meds.

I wouldn't bring my dog here
This place is a joke my fiance has been here for four hours now with chest pains they have done blood work and a chest X-ray and put her back out here in the waiting room.

Shame on you!
Wanted to send an 80 year old woman who just had a hip replacement home in the hospital gown and naked underneath. That was after she laid in a soiled bed for two hours and they didn't want to clean her up and let her get dresses. This is not even bare minimum care.
