MRI cost three times what we’ve ever paid at home
My daughter is a student at a local college. We live 1000 miles away. It’s incredibly unfortunate this is the care she has offered in the area. They pushed her using their services line it would be a good thing when she could have done one at home over spring break as they didn’t follow up with her for three weeks. It was a good thing for them. They got to charge $3660 for the “services”. The MRI cost three times what we’ve ever paid at home.

Left my mother sitting in her own urine for hours
My mother stayed over night and was on the fourth floor pv area in room 20 on 4/11/24,and my mother was sitting in her own urine for hours and had been asking the nurse to help her bathe, the nurse said well your daughter just came in to visit you "She can help you now" I was so pissed off because two hours before I came I was on the phone with my mother and she was complaining about sitting in her urine and she needed help bathing. I DID THE CNA AND NURSES JOB, and I bathe my mother and helped her order dinner no one told my mother that she had to order her own dinner, thank God I came to visit her because she would of went to bed still sitting in her on urine and hungry. Froedtert has the worst team of nurses and CNAs I've ever seem on the fourth floor pv area. Why became a nurse or CNA if you don't care about human life or well-being. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVE ONE'S HERE. The bar is set in hell at Froedtert fourth floor pv.

It’s disgusting
I have been watching nurses actively ignore black men and women in pain to prioritize white patients. There was a woman shaking and crying she was in so much pain and she wasn’t seen for over 2 hours. It wasn’t until another patient advocated for her that she was seen sooner. Another black man in a wheelchair wasn’t seen for four hours while other white patients were prioritized.

Ignored us
Wife was in for treatment and moved to rehab. We told doctor multiple times we thought she had a urinary tract infection while she was there. One day after leaving tests were taken for infection and came back positive for infection and she ended up in different hospital due to issues tied mainly to infection.

I had surgery here and was deprived of oxygen
My eyes are deteriorating my brain is deteriorating. I was a healthy Class A trucker. I lost my cels. I am having seizures. I was told by the doctor that there were zero complications I received the anesthesiologist report stating otherwise. I can also prove that they did fraud in their system. AND IF SOMETHING happens to me it's because of them!!! My big sister who was so distraught over me being sick and showing no signs of improvement, ended her life on Feb 7 2024

The waiting is just freaking ridiculous
In the ER I sat there 8 hours after I was told 5 hours was the MAX to have people waiting That's still to long folks could of passed out or anything.

It's unfortunate they turned my son away
This is supposed be a world class hospital. My son has a an autoimmune disease and there's no doctors there that are willing to help him or even take his case because it is an autoimmune disease that there is no cure. But at least you would think somebody would feel willing to try to make my son feel better or at least to do research to help him. But froedtert has refused and turned him away. It's unfortunate that this has happened in a country where we are supposed to the best health care in the world, but it does no good if there's not a doctor that's willing to help someone who was successful in their life in college and now is unable to do anything and no one's willing to help.

Horrible horrible experience
We took my mother here because after staying in the hospital in Green Bay with no answers as to why she keeps getting blood clots (after every medication they can possibly give her) we were told by the staff in Green Bay that Froedtert is “one of the best” (ha!”) and would have more recourses and information than what they can offer. We ended up taking her because we were (literally left with no other choice). For the past week Green Bay doctors were calling Froedtert everyday to see if there were any open beds, to which the answer was no. Okay fine no problem, we’ll wait, but with the severity getting worse (blood clots going to her lungs, again, her body is fighting the medication) Green Bay told her to just drive to the Froedtert emergency room and they will have no choice but to take her (she’s been in the hospital for 3 weeks now!!!). So that’s what we did. When she gets there she was told she’d be seen no later than 7 hours later, and that’s exactly how long she waited. When she finally was seen, they told her there’s nothing they will do for her and sent her home. After questioning how there’s nothing to be done when they are a hospital, they said “we send home patients with blood clots all the time.” It doesn’t take a rocket scientists to acknowledge the severity of blood clots reaching someone’s lungs, but hey ! “There’s nothing they can do.”
