I never expected to have such a negative experience at a hospital
Unfortunately, I encountered unprofessional and dismissive behavior from staff, along with what appeared to be clear neglect from both doctors and nurses. In addition, I observed practices that raised serious ethical concerns and may have violated established standards of care. Based on my experience, I believe that significant improvements in professionalism, accountability, and patient safety are urgently needed at this facility.

What is Grady’s protocol?
My cousin just had surgery at Grady Hospital and they placed her in a room w/a patient who is under investigation for Covid-19. The patient also repeatedly refusing to wear masks & is coughing a lot. What is the objective here? My cousin needs to be immediately moved to another room.

Waiting for 6 hours for nothing
just drain u insurance for nothing all personal need shower stinks suppposed is hospital but stay so full lol nobody is on the waiting room so if u want die probably go there to die

We didn’t receive the proper care and treatment
July 27,2025 I took my wife to the Er because she’s been having a lot of abdominal pain due to cyst on her ovaries. The unprofessional staff on this shift said let’s just check her heart. We left this facility to find better care. We will never come back to this Emergency Room and there’s a special place for rude disrespectful individuals like them

Absolutely awful experience
If I could give it zero stars I would. The staff in the trauma unit are absolutely the rudest hospital staff I have ever had to deal with. People have been waiting to be seen for over 7 hours. At 8pm they kick out people waiting with you and don't give guess passes to people that have literally been there all day waiting to be seen. I have never been treated so poorly in a hospital. We need to get Gordan Ramsey up in there to straighten that place up. If you can go somewhere else, do it.

Health inspectors need to go there immediately
Hospital is super nasty! Employees are beyond rude the bathrooms are nasty with blood on walls only bathrooms that’s clean are the staff one the Emergency Department have people in the trauma waiting days before they get a icu bed Worst hospital I’ve ever been to in my life

Worse maternal care service in this state
They killed my unborn child. Dr. Lindsay gave me medication to cause me a miscarriage.
