DO NOT—I mean, DO NOT—go to this hospital
This was one of the worst hospital experiences my family has ever had. The doctors we encountered were unprofessional, and several nurses were extremely rude and dismissive. What concerned me most was hearing patient information being discussed loudly in the hallways, along with inappropriate and unprofessional comments about patients. Communication with patients and their families was also extremely poor. At times, when we tried to clarify or understand what was being communicated, we were met with dismissive attitudes, smirking, and staff simply walking away instead of helping. I had a family member hospitalized here, and they did not appear to have enough supplies available for some basic patient needs. The hospital may have undergone renovations, but in our experience, basic necessities and accommodations for both patients and their families were still lacking. Based on what my family experienced, I would not recommend this hospital. A hospital should make patients and their loved ones feel safe, respected, informed, and cared for, and unfortunately, that was not our experience here.

So disappointed, i have a family member in this hospital
The nurse does nothing but gives attitude. doesn’t check up on her patient regularly and also goes back and forth arguing with the patient that clearly isn’t conscious. she has no type of professionalism nor hospitality. Our family had to ask for a different nurse because she’s giving us attitude during this hard time , making it harder on us. The patient himself tried to reason with her and she gave him attitude. We don’t need a nurse this unprofessional.

Higher ups dont update anything and they dont communicate apparently with each other.

I will not recommend that Hospital to nobody
Was there from Jan 11 /26 to Jan 16 /26,The nurses and the Drs where good,But my Gold neck Chain that was given to me by my grand mother when I was 15 years old in Cuba,Was Stolen,During my Stay there,Nobody from administration show up to solve the problem. I am very sad about it.

Absolutely disgusted with the care my mother is receiving
My mother was airlifted to this hospital while in vacation and it had been an absolute nightmare. She’s been in the ICU and is now in a regular room and we can’t get a doctor to speak with us! She is still currently in the hospital and we are now being told we won’t have an opportunity to speak to a doctor until tomorrow. All we want is some questions answered and to get her home where she can get quality care from doctors and nurses who actually care!

Do not recommend anyone to have a baby there
Horrible experience. would not let anyone in the room with me in labor and delivery since there was no rooms! Mercedes gave terrible service as a nurse.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOSPITAL!!!
Worse service ever!!! The amount of times I had to chase the nurses down to help my ill BF who spent several days overnight cannot be normal. It is clear they are understaffed, the hospital is very dirty, not sanitary or safe especially for those who are at risk. I highly recommend walking floor 3 which lead to the 400s to see how disgusting the hallways, bathrooms, and patient rooms are. They constantly mislead the patients with different opinions.

WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE EVER
I have been transferred from the ER to Kendall hospital. Then the nightmare began! They absolutely forgot about me while I had a fully dislocated wrist. I spent 10 hours there continuously asking for updates. Suddenly I discover out of the blue I am scheduled for surgery without knowing what I exactly have and what will be the procedure. No one cared to explain. I eventually left the hospital and went to Baptist. A couple of months later I received a nice 11k$ invoice. I called the customer services to challenge it but they do not care. DO NOT GO THERE
