The standard of care is in HELL!
If I could, I'd give 0 stars. With the exception of the intake staff, I was largely ignored, misdiagnosed, and under treated. I left the ER in the early hours of April 9th 2026 after 5hrs of consistent vomiting, elevated BP, and severe dehydration after being discharged with a "stomach bug" (no fever, no diarrhea, etc). I was seen at 2 other ERs and ended up hospitalized for a week only to be told that St. Francis not only had the proper staff to treat my GI issues, but that they should have. Because of the poor treatment and disregard I endured, I missed my child's birthday party and had to cancel the first vacation I was going to take in over 8 years. I also deteriorated swiftly and significantly leading to the hospitalization. Also, there was another person's information in my chart, no one reviewed my test results with me, and I was rarely checked on. I sat in a hallway with my husband and 4 year old watching as I suffered for hours before I was moved to a room! I have NEVER felt so overlooked in my life.
