Formal Complaint Regarding Mother’s Recent Stay
To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my concern and dissatisfaction regarding the recent experience my mother and I had at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital. I want to be clear from the start—this was not my first choice of facility, but due to my mother’s doctor having privileges only at Kennestone, we had no alternative. For the amount of money patients are charged, basic items and services should not be treated like contraband. The lack of communication, lack of professionalism, and restrictive approach to basic care reflect poorly on Wellstar Kennestone. This level of care is simply unacceptable, and I strongly urge hospital leadership to revisit policies and procedures to improve patient experiences moving forward. I can confidently say these issues do not occur at Northside Hospital, and Wellstar should take note if it intends to maintain the trust of the community. Sincerely, Abraham B. Anthony, III

This is the worst hospital in Georgia's existence
These people employed a medical provider who is concealing the death of my unborn child, breach his duty's of care to myself and my unborn child. After my surgery where he performed unnecessary removal of one of my reproductive organs, performed a series of unnecessary medical procedures, they tore my aorta by dropping a trochar inside of me, neglect to address my ongoing medical concerns after they acknowledged that i'm at risk of morbidity and death, I suffered hemorrhage shock, large amount of blood loss leading to me having to get several blood transfusions, and on top of that I just went to get a second opinion to my symptoms and just discovered they left foreign objects inside after my surgery. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STEPPING FOOT INTO THIS HOSPITAL FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR LIFE.

Billing practices are predatory and will upcharge you over anything reasonable
Absolutely the worst medical facility ever encountered. They are a professional billing company and will rape you at every chance they get. Do not go there or send any loved ones. So sad to see how bad medical services and treatment has become.

I wouldn't send my dog here
Look when I tell y'all this is the worst hospital to go too for anything. Especially the pediatric side of the er. the most nurses are rude and very nonchalant.

THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS HOW THEY SHOULD!
They are not doing timing right when they are supposed to administer medications. They tell you they are going to do something and don’t , this is by far the worst nurses i ever experienced.
