Whoever is in charge of this hospital should be ashamed and fired
My niece was just there, very sick, for almost 2 weeks. The rooms were not very clean and extremely dusty. After she was released she was told to wait in the waiting room for us to get her. We are 2 hours away, so we could not get there quickly. It was late (about 10pm) when we got there and they had kicked her outside! She was sick and freezing. It was about 45° and they kicked her outside because she fell asleep in the lobby. This level of disrespect, rudeness and stupidity is beyond me. When we pulled up and saw her sitting outside, in a short sleeve shirt, sitting on the ground because she was too weak to stand because she had fallen asleep in the lobby, I was livid! Someone needs to be fired and forced to sit outside in the cold while it rains.

I wouldnt trust this place with my worst enemy
This place is just awful. I sat in a room for 31/2hrs before someone happened to stop by and glance in my room asking whats wrong with me. Zero care in the world from the nurses(aside from triage nurse she was nice). I listened to an old woman who was alone with a perferated bowel, vomit profusely and beg the nurse at the desk for help while she was ignored. Just sick. You all think everybody is there for pills and treat patients like crap.

How does a hospital do this to someone’s loved one?
My mom with a fractured back sent from Madisonville er, had surgery and then was suppose to go to rehab, she got sick with Human metapneumovirus, where it came from a nurse she coughed all over my moms room no mask and never covered her mouth and when I questioned it she said allergies, I never seen that nurse the rest of our stay there, and then pneumonia set in because they was not moving her or getting her up very much and come down with swallow issues and stayed a few days in hospital and then was sent out to rehab stating she was fine and that’s where she passed away, how do you do rehab with your lungs full of infection, this makes no sense, my mother should have never been released from this hospital! I believe they just wanted rid of her!
